My physical and mental health declined, and I hit rock bottom in 2021 after a single work message triggered a panic attack. That moment became my wake-up call. I knew something had to change.
I hired a life coach—and it transformed everything. I found clarity, purpose, and freedom. I became healthier, calmer, and more aligned with who I truly am.
